Vygotsky's Theory

According to Lefrancois, (1994) "three underlying themes unify Vygotsky'srather complex and far-reaching theory." The first one is the importanceof culture , the second theme is the central role of language , and the third oneis what Vygotsky calls the "zone of proximal growth or development."
