This program is made possible with Funds from the New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Grant Program, a State Agency and the Cultural Resources Council, a Regional Arts Council. This program is supported by the Cortland College Foundation and by the Auxiliary Services Corporation.

We are a full-sized, volunteer orchestra which performs two concerts yearly, in November and April.

The orchestra is conducted by Ubaldo Valli and consists of college students at the State University College at Cortland community and members from Cortland and surrounding areas. Eligibility is determined by audition or the conductor's permission.

Rehearsals and concerts take place in the Dowd Fine Arts Center on the SUNY Cortland campus. Rehearsals take place in Room 107, on Monday nights from 7-9 PM, from late January to late April and from late August to late November. The performances take place in the Main Theatre. There are no fees.
