The kangaroo looked back and forth quickly watching he slowed his pace, then all of a sudden he hopped faster than before to the next spot of trees and plants. Quietly moving he repeated the same paces again and again until he came to a river carefully he looked around, and then jumped across on rocks that lead across the river. He came to a long meadow beautiful and green, though he was hungry he didn’t stop he hopped along but did stop once to taste one little bite of a lush, delicious looking plant but kept going after he heard a noise that spooked him even more than a lion would have. Then he went through a small wooded area, then over a small hill, and then a cave came into view. He went inside to a small corner were there was a small pile of something it was to dark in the cave to see, but it was soft sort of like a bed in a way. He sat down and fell asleep exhausted. Only to find himself up again running away from the owner of the cave, a lion.

Lion made Kangaroo change her mind because Kangaroo thought Lion was going eat her baby. So the big brown kangaroo with its baby in the pouch started to chase the Lion. Lion stopped because Kangaroo didn’t want to be bothered, and then they went home and never saw the Lion again because kangaroo toled lion that she didn’t want to be eaten. So Lion left them alone. Kangaroo went back to the pond and she and her baby drank the water.

One day out in an open field there was a kangaroo. She started jumping up and down when she noticed her baby was not in her pouch. She looked all round her. Then she saw a tiger, it was looking at her baby. The baby didn’t see the tiger. The tiger was getting closer and closer. The kangaroo was running and picked up her baby. Then they ran through the jungle she stopped running when they came to a pond with lots of plants around it. There were animals too, like zebras and hippos and more. Then they ate grass next to the pond.

A kangaroo was looking for some food for her and her baby. While she was looking she heard deep breathing coming from behind her. She slowly turned around and there standing in front of her was a lion .She stood still for a couple of seconds then turned around and began to hop as fast as she could. She went the opposite way of her baby so the lion wouldn’t get her baby. Finally she lost the lion. Jumping high she headed home. She was half way there when she found a lot of delicious leaves and she took them home to her baby.
