This portfolio has been created
to portray my professional development as an assistant professor in the Childhood/Early
Childhood Education Department at SUNY Cortland since Fall
2005 when I first joined this institution to the current semester of Spring
2008.
The portfolio is currently under review during this Spring 2008 semester by SUNY Cortland's Childhood/Early Childhood Education Department Personnel Committee, the Childhood/Early Childhood Education Department Chair, the School of Education Dean and Personnel Committee, and SUNY Cortland's Provost for Academic Affairs.

The REFLECTIVE
STATEMENT provides an overview of my accomplishments
in teaching, scholarship, service
at SUNY Cortland since Fall 2005 to the current semester Spring
2008
and my intent for reappointment as an assistant professor
in the School of Education
at SUNY Cortland. Reviewers

The TEACHING section
includes my philosophy of thinking, learning,
and teaching, my pedagogy,
classroom teaching evaluations and my reflections (the major
three links on top of each page). The pedagody

classroom activities, samples of students works, my analysis
of some teaching units to demonstrate in more detail how I
teach.

feel that I have made significant and valuable progress
