Submission Guidelines

CWA is now accepting submissions for the 2011 edition of Transition

• Submissions must be original pieces written by YOU, and cannot have been previously published elsewhere.
  
  
• There is no maximum length to submissions; however, we encourage writers with any piece longer than 1,500 words to submit a striking excerpt(s) rather than the entire piece.
  
  
• Multiple submissions are allowed.
  
  
• If sending multiple submissions, ATTACH AS SEPARATE DOCUMENTS. If more than one submission appears in one document, your submissions may be disqualified.
  
  
• Your first name, last name, genre of your piece and your email address must be provided at the top of each submission.
  
  
• Send submissions to CortlandWriters@Yahoo.com as an attachment in .doc or .rtf form.
  
  
• Submission deadline is the last day of the fall semester.
