Directions

Directions to SUNY Cortland

From the west (Buffalo, Rochester): take I-90 East to exit 39 (I-690 East). Exit I-690 onto I-81 South. Exit I-81 at exit 11 (Ithaca/Cortland). Turn left onto Clinton Street and follow it through town.

From the southwest (Ithaca, Elmira): take NY-13 north to Cortland.

From the north (Syracuse): take I-81 South to exit 11 (Ithaca/Cortland). Turn right onto Clinton Street and follow it through town.

From the east (Utica, Albany): take I90 West to exit 34A (I-481 South). Follow I-481 South to its end, and bear left onto I-81 South. Exit I-81 at exit 11 (Ithaca/Cortland). Turn right onto Clinton Street and follow it through town.

From the southeast (New York City, Long Island): take NY-17 West to Binghamton, where I-81 North can be accessed. Exit I-81 at exit 11 (Ithaca/Cortland). Turn left onto Clinton Street and follow it through town.

From the south (Binghamton, Scranton): take I-81 north to exit 11 (Ithaca/Cortland). Turn left onto Clinton Street and follow it through town.

Parking at SUNY Cortland

1) Parking is available in the Route 281 student lot. Directions can be obtained at http://www.cortland.edu/images/graphics/3dmap.pdf. From there, you can ride a shuttle bus. There is no charge to park here or to take the bus.

2) You can park in the newly-opened Prospect Terrace Parking Lot, which is across the street from Corey Union. Go to http://www.ascweb.cortland.edu/ancillary/park.asp to check the cost and specifics.

PARKING IN ANY OTHER LOTS WILL RESULT IN TICKETING BY UNIVERSITY POLICE!
