Students taking Cell Biology to satisfy the Writing Intensive requirement will be expected to take all exams and quizzes required of all students. In addition, there will be lab reports required. The lab reports will be on the following labs:
pH and Buffers
DNA/RNA Spectrophotometry
Membrane Permeability
Succinate Dehydrogenase
Chromatography
Restriction Mapping of Lambda DNA
The lab reports will be due one week after the lab except when a College break intervenes. Each lab report will be worth 25 points. The lowest grade on the six lab reports will be dropped in determining your final grade. Thus, your final grade will be determined out of 535 points instead of the 460 points for the non-WI students.
