Here are a few quick directions:

1. From here on there are navigation buttons on the bottom of the page.

2. Additionally, on the left of the screen there will always be a menu bar. Selecting one of the items from the menu bar will take you to the first page of that section. For example, if you selected "Introduction" from the menu bar on the left, it would take you right back to the beginning of this tutorial.

3. During the quizzes, upon selection of an answer, a popup box will tell you if you are correct. By selecting the "OK" on the popup box, you will automatically be advanced to the next page. There is no need to use the direction buttons during the quiz.
