What abilities are involved in these tasks?  Why are some people better than others?

 
Using chopsticks
Student attempts to pick up elastic bands while using chopsticks in her nonpreferred hand.
Grooved peg board task
In this task, pegs are placed in the holes as quickly as possible with the nonpreferred hand.
Ball tossing game
Student tries to toss the ball into the cup with her nonpreferred hand.
Kicking a hackysac
Student tries kicking and then catching a hacky sac with his nondominant side.
