WebQuest Project Presentation

What?

To share with the class your WebQuest Project and the experiences of group work when you were doing the WebQuest.

Why?

Sharing will facilitate learning and can be entertaining.

How?

1. Each group will have a station set up with your WebQuest title and names of your team members. Have your WebQuest homepage on each screen of two or three computers (it's fine that your webquest has only been uploaded to one person's web folder, or even in local).

2. Prepare how you are going to present as a group - would each one take turns and share one or two things with the rest of the class, or you discuss first and then have one representative to talk to the class?

3. Each group will have a 2-minute debriefing to the whole class on the following:

  • What is your project about?

  • Do the technical parts work well? What new technical skills did you pick up?  What are the frustrations?

  • How did you work as a group - who did what? Did it go smoothly or were you frustrated? What are some of the problems?

4. As groups, rotate and visit other groups' WebQuests.

5. Each group give comments to two of the WebQuests (of other groups).
