Language Overview


ASL is all signed in present tense.  Therefore, time is always signed first to estblish the tense. 
Look at the diagram below and think about which direction a sign would move to establish    PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE.

Yes/No questions
are recognized by the non-manuals that accompany them.
