COR 101 Cortland Experience


COR 101 is designed to facilitate the intellectual and social integration of first-time college students into the academic community at SUNY Cortland. The course is designed to engage students into critical thinking about their personal, academic, and social development as they make the transition to college life. This section will have an emphasis on the SUNY Cortland Sport Management Program.


SPM 660 Sport Marketing


Compares and contrasts the field of sport and life-style marketing with the practices and applications of mainstream marketing. Coursework includes a historical overview of sport marketing and examines the application of marketing principles to North American-based collegiate and professional sport organizations and events, international sport organizations and events, commercial and public organizations, sporting good manufacturing and the sport enterprise in general.
