Each residence hall has student staff members. Glass Tower's student staff consists of six resident assistants (RA) and one administrative assistant (AA). The RA serves as a liaison between professional staff and the residents. They contribute to the community of the building by putting on programs and holding floor meetings. Safety is one of their biggest concerns. The AA does administrative tasks within the building. This person is responsible for doing the mail, logging packages, and organizing the office. The AA has an instrumental role in opening and closing the residence hall.

	Jennifer Pedersen is a senior New Media Design major. She has a concentration in Communications. She is the President of Spectrum. This is her third semester as a Resident Assistant. Matt Giafone is a junior Childhood Education major. He was an Orientation Assistant. This is his first semester as a Resident Assistant.
	Kedar Clark is a senior New Media Communication major. He is the President of CSTV. This is his first semester as a Resident Assistant. Emily Heyden is a senior Adolescent English Education major. She enjoys intramural sports. This is her third semester as a Resident Assistant.
	Kayla Jones is a junior Biology Education major. She is on the Eboard of ACME. This is her first semester as a Resident Assistant. Christopher Arena is a senior Fitness Development major. He is looking to get involved with the FIT club. This is his second semester as a Resident Assistant.
	Breanne Gasser is a junior Speech and Hearing Science major. She enjoys working with children. This is her second semester as an Administrative Assistant.
